The Spirit of the sovereign Lord is upon me, because he anointed the Lord; he hath sent me to preach good news to the humble, and to bind up the brokenhearted, to publish liberty to the captives, and the prisoners opening of the prison; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all mourners; to order that the afflicted of Zion, to give unto them the glory instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment of praise for the troubled spirit; and they shall be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, to the glory of god.
